Our Story
Polk Building Group is a commercial general contractor based in Arlington, Virginia. We build new construction and renovate existing buildings for owners, property managers, condo associations, school districts, engineers, and architects across Virginia, Maryland, DC, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. We run a referral-based practice and operate debt-free, which lets us focus on schedule, cost control, and finishing the work the way it was drawn.
